Agreement
These terms apply to your use of the PRO MOVE LLC website and to the moving and delivery services we provide. By using this site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our services
PRO MOVE offers white-glove antique and furniture delivery, Round Top buyer delivery, vendor booth staging, off-season storage, and residential and commercial moving. Availability depends on scheduling, distance, and the details of your job.
Quotes and estimates
Any price we share in response to your request is an estimate, not a binding contract or guaranteed final price. Actual cost can change based on the real scope of the work — the size, weight, and fragility of your items, access at both locations (stairs, elevators, long carries), distance, timing, and any services added on the day. We'll confirm the details with you and let you know before extra charges apply.
Scheduling and cancellations
Delivery and move windows are arranged in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as you can so we can adjust the calendar and, where possible, offer your slot to someone else.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your items, locations, and timing;
- Tell us about anything fragile, high-value, or unusually heavy so we can plan for it;
- Make sure we have safe, legal access to pick up and deliver;
- Be reachable around your scheduled window.
Care, insurance, and liability
We treat every piece as if it's irreplaceable, and PRO MOVE is insured and bonded. If something goes wrong, contact us right away so we can work with you on a resolution. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, for items not disclosed to us, or for damage caused by conditions outside our control. Certain high-risk items may be excluded or handled only by written agreement.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed when you book. Please settle the agreed amount on the timeline we discuss for your job.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes to these terms
